Feel Fit With Junior Fitness Classes

Come and try a trio of junior fitness classes being held at Cotswold Leisure Tetbury this autumn.

The Lowfield Road leisure centre has launched a range of health and fitness sessions for young people, including Junior Gym, Junior Badminton and Junior Karate.

The traditional Karate classes are for anyone aged from 6-14 years and are held on Friday afternoons. This style of karate teaches the fundamentals of self defence and discipline in a friendly environment. In addition, martial arts are renowned for improving flexibility, strength, fitness and self confidence.

The Junior Gym classes are aimed at 12-15 year olds and are held on Tuesday afternoons, while Junior Badminton which takes place on Saturdays is for the 7-18 age range.

Booking is recommended for all courses and fees apply.

Anyone wanting more information on any of these classes should contact the leisure centre on 01666 505805.
