Bobby Bus To Attend Fete

Officers from the Cirencester Safer Community Team (SCT) will be joining in the fun at a fete, barbeque and 10K fun run thats taking place in Cirencester Park on Sunday, June 14th.

The SCT will be at the fete with the mobile police station, affectionately known as the bobby bus, and will be offering crime prevention advice and answering questions local residents might have about neighbourhood policing and issues that effect the community, from 11.30am until 3pm.

The officers will also be operating a speed board, which shows anyone who tried it how fast they can run.

The St James Place Foundation based in Cirencester, has organised the Fun Run and money raised will be given to childrens charities that support young people challenged by illness, disability and disadvantage in the UK.

Entry forms are available from SJP, on 01285 878342, from ww.activesomewhereelse.com or Runners World on-line.
