Three people in hospital after crash

A man has been arrested after a three car crash in Gloucestershire which resulted in a woman and two men being airlifted to hospital.

The accident happened on the B4008 at Standish, between Stonehouse and junction 12 of the M5 (North-West of Stroud), closing the road for five hours.

It is believed that the male driver of a Nissan Primera gave a positive breath test and is being questioned by the police.
The woman was airlifted to Frenchay Hospital near Bristol and her two male passengers were taken to Cheltenham General Hospital.

The occupants of the third car are believed to have been uninjured.
