Refuse collection affected by Cotswold weather

Rubbish and recycling boxes won't be collected today (Tues 29th Nov) in the Cotswold
District due to the weather. However, people are asked to leave their bags and boxes out as we expect to catch up on the rounds during the rest of the week, weather permitting.
