Lygon Arms in Broadway bought by Dawnay Shore
The Lygon Arms in Broadway, Worcestershire has been bought by Dawnay Shore Hotels (DHS) say reports.
The company has acquired three hotels from the Furlong Group for a total of �41m, The Lygon Arms in Broadway (Worcestershire), Billesley Manor in Stratford-upon-Avon and Comb Grove Manor in Bath. The three new purchases will become a part of a new brand within DSH's Paramount chain that will also include the Imperial Hotel in Torquay.
It is reported that the chairman of DSH has said that they will invest �1.5m in refurbishing the three hotels.
