Speed record holders attempt record at Fairford

On July 7th this year, on the runway at RAF Fairford, current UK Land Speed Record Holders Primetime Land Speed Engineering pit their pair of afterburning jet cars 'Vampire' and 'Split Second' against each other in an attempt to better their existing Outright British Land Speed Record of 300.3mph.

At the same event the team will also be making an attempt on the British Land Speed Record for Electric Cars using their battery powere streamliner 'e=motion'.
