Man Exposes Himself To Jogger In Cirencester

Police in Cirencester are seeking a man who exposed himself to a jogger in the town during the early evening of Friday October 27.

The victim, a woman from Cirencester, had been running along Cranhams Lane between 5.10pm and 5.35pm when she realised she was being followed by a man in a green Rover car.

The car drove past the woman to the end of the road then turned round and pulled up beside her.

Looking into the vehicle the woman saw that the man was masturbating.

The offender is described as a white male, aged between 20 and 25, with blonde to mousey brown hair. The car he was driving appeared to be an old model with a 'boxy' shape.

Anyone with information about the man or the incident is asked to contact Cirencester police on 0845 090 1234, or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111, quoting incident number 466 of October 27.
