Tetbury in top 10 most expensive market towns
Tetbury has featured in the top ten most expensive market towns, an average house costing �301,951 in the Cotswold market town.
The figures were compiled by Halifax Estate Agents and included 111 market towns identified by the Campaign for the Protection of Rural England.
Tetbury was in 7th place almost �275,000 behind Beaconsfield in Buckinghamshire which had the dubious honour of finishing 1st with an average house price of �574,211.
