Chipping Norton Town withdraw from Hellenic League

It has been reported today that Chipping Norton Town have withdrawn from the Sport Italia Hellenic League by Chairman Sean Robson.

The Chairman has said that the club doesn't have money problems, "it is purely a resource issue".

Manager Ian Ford has resigned.

The Chairman is also thought to have said that although the club have withdrawn, they have not folded, and will look to continue playing football next season.
