Arson At Shop In Moreton

Police in Moreton in Marsh are appealing for witnesses following an arson attack on a shop in the town during the early hours Monday January 8th.

At approximately 4.20am unknown offenders set fire to the front door of the Cotswold Cheese Shop in High Street, Moreton.

The fire service attended and the fire was extinguished before any serious damage could be caused.

Anyone with information about the fire is asked to contact Stow police on 0845 090 1234, or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111, quoting incident number 28 of Monday January 8.
