Living Waterways exhibition at Oxfordshire Museum

The life and times of Britain's inland waterways are explored in an exhibition at the Oxfordshire Museum, Woodstock, that will be on till 25 March.

Called 'Living Waterways', the free exhibition includes a walk-in boat cabin and a giant snakes and ladders-style 'Canal Builder' game, as well as paintings, artefacts and film-clips aimed at all the family.

Opening hours: 10am - 5.00pm Tuesday to Saturday and 2pm - 5pm Sundays. Closed Mondays. Tel 01993 811456.
