Traffic collision - Witney

Police are currently at the scene of a traffic collision in Witney.

Officers were called to Mill Street just after 4pm after a pedestrian had collided with a Renault Clio.

The pedestrian, a man, has been taken to the John Radcliffe Hospital with life threatening injuries.

The woman driver was uninjured but left shocked and shaken.

The road is currently closed while collision investigators assess the scene. It is expected to reopen in the next hour.
