Cheltenham Betting Shop Robbery: Police AppealPolice are appealing to members of the public for information following a robbery at a Cheltenham betting shop yesterday (Wednesday, March 14).A small quantity of cash was taken from Ladbrokes in Rowanfield Exchange, Devon Avenue by a man who entered the premises and threatened staff just before 6pm. The offender is white and thought to be between 18 and 24 years old. About 5ft 7 tall and of slim build, he was wearing a light coloured hoody and had a light blue scarf over his face. He then made off on a blue and white Kawasaki motorbike with an accomplice dressed in black leathers. Anyone who witnessed the robbery or who has information about the offenders and has not yet spoken to officers is asked to call Gloucestershire Police as soon as possible on 0845 090 1234, quoting incident number 465 of March 14.
