Four Charged Following Police Pursuit

Police have charged four boys arrested following a police pursuit between Bourton on the Water and Cheltenham during the evening of Wednesday May 2.

A 17 year-old boy from Cheltenham has been charged with burglary, aggravated vehicle taking, dangerous driving, driving while disqualified, breaching an Anti Social Behaviour Order and making off without payment.

A second 17 year-old boy from Cheltenham has been charged with burglary, causing danger to other road users, aiding and abetting dangerous driving and aggravated vehicle taking.

A 16 year-old boy from Cheltenham has been charged with burglary, causing danger to other road users and aggravated vehicle taking.

All three have been remanded in custody to appear before magistrates in Cheltenham on Saturday May 5.

A 14 year-old boy from Cheltenham has been charged with burglary and aggravated vehicle taking.

He has been released on police bail to appear before Gloucester Youth Court on Thursday May 31st.
