Burglars Threaten Homeowner in Chipping Campden
Police are appealing to the public for help in tracing two men who burgled a home in Chipping Campden after confronting the owner.
The 67 year-old female victim had been at her home at around 6.30pm on Sunday July 8th when two men entered the property via the open front door.
The men confronted the woman and threatened her before demanding money.
They then searched several rooms at the address, and stole £400 in cash and two mobile phones before leaving the premises.
Both offenders are described as white and around 6ft tall.
They wore scarves around their faces, grey hooded tops and dark coloured, gardening-type gloves.
Anyone with information about the incident is asked to contact Gloucestershire Constabulary on 0845 090 1234, or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111, quoting incident number 567 of July 8.
