Cotswold DC Sets Date For Fairford By-Election

A by-election to fill the vacancies for Fairford Town Council of Cotswold District Council is due to take place on Thursday 13th December 2007.

The by-election has been called following the resignations of Mr Bart Borchardt and Mr Greg Phillips.

Anyone wishing to stand as a candidate must complete a nomination form which must be returned to the Returning Officer by noon on Friday 16th November 2007, Nomination packs are available from the elections office, or Fairford Town Council.

Any elector who wishes to vote by post at this election needs to complete an application form. This form must be returned to the elections office by 5pm on Wednesday, 28th November 2007. Postal vote application forms are available from the elections office, or our website
