Friends of Crudwell School are holding an Auction of Promises on the eve of Mothering Sunday with over 40 exciting lots to bid on � so make sure of your seat on the night and surprise Mum the very next day!

On Saturday March 1st - the eve of Mothering Sunday - Friends of Crudwell School are holding an Auction of Promises in Crudwell Village Hall with all funds raised going to the village school.

Chairperson of The Friends Committee, Jo Sharples who is an active fund raiser for the school says �There are over 40 lots to be auctioned on the night � 2 families will walk away with a week in a French holiday home (with pool); there are family passes to various local shows such as The Cotswold Show and Gatcombe Horse Trials; you could land yourself tickets to watch Wales play rugby at The Millenium Stadium, or even buy a priceless signed Chelsea FC football!�

�Of course given the timing, you might want to pick up a last minute Mother�s Day gift and your well-deserving mum to a couple of hours in Whatley Manor's spa facilities or even 2 hours of professional ironing!�

The auction will take place from 7.30pm on Saturday 1st March at Crudwell Village Hall (Tetbury Lane just off the A429 between Malmesbury and Cirencester. Tickets for �3.00 are available in advance from Crudwell Post Office, The Wheatsheaf Crudwell or The Priory Inn, Tetbury. This includes a glass of wine and some nibbles. Everyone is very welcome with cheque books as all items won must be paid for on the night!
