Free kids' pizzas at top Tetbury hotel
FREE kids' pizzas this summer as top UK child-friendly hotel gives guests a taste of Italy on the house. If you want to show the kids some rolling English countryside but still want a taste of the continent this summer, check into the award-winning Priory Inn, and let the children become pizza chefs! The Priory Inn, Tetbury, the family-friendly, award-winning gastro-inn in the heart of the Cotswolds which was selected by Adam Raphael (editor of The Good Hotel Guide) as one of the UK's top 10 child-friendly hotels, is offering a very family-friendly deal this summer, with a continental twist. For every parent staying in the hotel on the hotel's dinner bed and breakfast package, their child gets a free pizza from the wood fired oven and the best bit is that they can design and assemble it themselves at the table! The Priory Inn will also throw in a family day pass to nearby Westonbirt Arboretum to explore the 600 acres of forest, and can offer loads of other suggestions for days out in the beautiful Cotswolds countryside. The best part though is that mum and dad also can enjoy a bit of PIZZA-n-quiet in the restaurant when the kids are tucked up in bed (monitors work from bedrooms to restaurant or babysitters can be booked)! And there's plenty more on the menu besides pizza: The Priory Inn has won numerous food awards for its imaginative locally sourced menu. The Priory Inn has gained a fabulous reputation for offering families a quality and value-for-money option. Director and co-owner, Tanya Kelly says: We would love to welcome families to this fabulous part of England during their summer holidays. There are so many things for them to do in the Cotswolds: they can spend the day at a wildlife park; get gooey over the small animals at local farms; go canoeing, sailing or swimming at the nearby water park; and there is also a famous trout farm with a beginner's fishery so that everyone can get lucky! Then most importantly when the kids are worn out and tucked up in bed, it is time for their parents to relax and enjoy a 3-course meal in our award-winning gastro-inn which features live acoustic music on a Sunday evening. The Priory Inn's Dinner Bed and Breakfast break costs just 79 per adult per night between Sunday and Thursday and 89 per adult per night on Friday and Saturdays. Children under 12 get bed and breakfast for free when sharing their parents' room and a free pizza (see below for conditions). And for the whole family, tickets to the beautiful Westonbirt Arboretum are thrown in to allow some healthy and happy exploring amongst the thousands of acres of beautiful trees. Alternatively, a double room with breakfast starts at 109.00 or a family suite from 139.00 - all under 12s can stay in the same room as their parents for free. The management team behind The Priory boasts years of hospitality experience between them, working in and launching high profile hotel and restaurant establishments in New York, London and Hertfordshire. The Priory Inn is situated in Tetbury, a beautiful market town in the heart of the Cotswolds which is one of the most important antiques centres in the UK. It is 2 miles from the Royal home of Highgrove. The hotel has 14 ensuite contemporary bedrooms.
