Witness Appeal Following Collision in Tetbury

Police investigating a serious collision on Hampton Street in Tetbury on Tuesday October 15th are appealing for witnesses to contact them.

The collision happened at around 4.30pm and involved a Yamaha motorcycle, travelling on Hampton Street, and a Volkswagen Polo travelling from Lowefield Road.

The 17-year-old motorcyclist, a man from Nailsworth, was taken to Frenchay Hospital in Bristol by air ambulance with potentially life changing injuries.

Anyone witnesses to the collision that haven�t yet spoken to officers are asked to call Gloucestershire Police on 101 quoting incident number 322 of October 15.

The roads were closed whilst the emergency services responded to the incident and reopened at around 7.50pm.
